Ryan was raised by an Episcopalian minister from the USA and a nudist Buddhist social worker from England. He was a Type-A achiver who reached material success rather young in life, selling his software company at 27 years old for nine figures -- all to realize that something was deeply missing -- true happiness, optimal health, and following his inner bliss.

After his mom (the nudist Buddhist) suddenly passed from brain cancer in 2012, he decided to use much of his proceeds from his tech company to go on a twelve year adventure to discover what was missing and create for himself a purpose-driven life of magic and play.

​

Along the way, he discovered tantra, vipassana, open relating, Burning Man, plant medicines, biohacking -- and created a magical family of his own with the woman of his dreams.

 

He explored glaciers in New Zealand, lived with tantrikas in Bali, sat with shamans in Central America, learned yoga in India, helped found regenerative coliving communities, and helped thousands of global leaders design their lives -- all in the pursuit of creating a magic life and getting outside of the traditional American matrix.

After earning an MBA from Harvard, consulting with President Obama on technology, and working with the United Nations in his Life 1.0 -- he realized suddenly that the old global system couldn't be shifted fast enough -- and a new system focused on presence, connection, and true wellness would need to emerge from within. Today, he's working on creating and popularizing a new way of living based on holistic wellness, play, and community.

Ryan now lives in the Blue Zone surf and yoga town of Nosara, Costa Rica with his family and is helping bring to life a number of regenerative communities in the area.

Ryan was previously the CEO of iContact, a marketing software company and the CEO and co-founder of Hive, a global community of purpose-driven leaders. Today, he is the CEO of Magic Year, a personal transformation and coaching community. His current mission: reimagine how the world lives, works, learns, and plays.

Ali Katz graduated first in her class from Georgetown Law in 1999, where she was also a John M. Olin Law & Economics Fellow and learned all about win/lose, zero sum games and began to get the idea that something new was needed.

 

She then clerked on the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and was an associate at Munger Tolles & Olson, before leaving to start her own law firm, which she grew from scratch into a 7-figure business in just 3 years by inventing a new way of serving client families in her community.

 

Ali wrote the best-selling book on legal planning for families, Wear Clean Underwear, and created the Money Map to Freedom + LIFT Foundation Systems programs, based on her own need to make legal and financial decisions with her eyes wide open.

Holly Turiya is a certified Sex + Love Coach, professionally trained in the VITA Method (Vital Integrated Tantric Approach) through Layla Martin's Tantric Institute Of Integrated Sexuality. In this program she majored in Female Sexuality & Women's Empowerment. 

 

She's on a mission to liberate the love and activate the eros of the leaders of this world so that their impact is coming from a place of truth & freedom. She believes that our sexual energy is the most untapped resource on this planet, and when we embody our eros, we reach our most expanded potential as lovers and leaders.

I am a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) with CTI and a RYT 500 certified yoga teacher.

I am obsessed with combining up to the moment research on positive psychology, hypnotherapy and leadership, integrating body, mind and spirit with ancient wisdom traditions such as yoga and Buddhism, to create profoundly transformational experiences for everyone she’s blessed enough to guide along their path.
